Abstract
目的 探究危重患者股动脉(Qfa)与颈总动脉血流量(Qcca)的相互关系.方法 2013年8月至2016年6月,使用多普勒超声,采集了689位危重患者的1240对血流量数据,其中31％病例为感染性休克.结果 股动脉与颈总动脉血流量相关(r=0.4,P＜0.001).股动脉血流量和颈总动脉血流量变化甚大,分别为38～2220 ml/min、38 ～ 1550 ml/min.其比值0.14 ～6.9.拟合的线性公式为Qcca=0.3183Qfa +266.21 ml/min.结论 使用超声测量危重患者的股动脉和颈总动脉血流量对判断危重患者的病情,指导其治疗是有较大帮助.
