老年急性髓系白血病(AML)在临床治疗上存在着较大的异质性,对治疗的耐受性差异较大.本文对老年AML在治疗前体能状况、伴随疾病、认知能力、伴随症状、联合用药的风险评估进行综述,以期为临床医生对老年AML在治疗前进行综合评估、选择更适合老年AML患者的治疗方案有所裨益.
