本研究回顾性分析了1例肺癌患者的临床资料,患者行CT增强扫描过程中发生碘海醇造影剂外渗,使用新鲜马铃薯片外敷联合50％硫酸镁湿敷治疗后3d,患者手臂臂围恢复,水肿完全消退,水疱消失,疼痛感消失.使用新鲜马铃薯片外敷联合50％硫酸镁湿敷治疗CT增强扫描过程中碘海醇造影剂外渗效果良好,值得借鉴.
