Abstract
目的 探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在缩短无痛胃镜检查时间的效果.方法 2019年10月成立QCC小组,确定缩短无痛胃镜检查时间为活动主题,并通过QCC活动步骤进行现况把握、要因分析、拟定对策和实施.比较2018年10月-12月QCC活动前和2019年2月-4月QCC活动后无痛胃镜检查时间.结果 QCC活动后,无痛胃镜检查时间(包括谈话时间和准备时间)较活动前缩短.结论 QCC活动在缩短无痛胃镜检查时间方面具有积极作用.
