Abstract
患者女,74岁.发现脾脏占位10 d.实验室检查:血常规、CAl99、CAl25、CEA及各项生化指标检验结果均正常.超声检查:脾脏大小、形态正常,其下极可见3.64 cm×3.15 cm边界清晰,形态规则的低回声,内部回声不均匀,CDFI:未见明显血流信号.超声诊断:脾脏下极实质性肿块(图1).术后病理结果:脾脏慢性炎性肉芽肿.
