Tei指数在评价妊娠期高血压孕妇胎儿心功能中的作用

Abstract
目的 研究Tei指数结合胎儿超声心动图评价妊娠期高血压孕妇胎儿心功能中的作用.方法 纳入90例妊娠期高血压孕妇(观察组)和80例健康孕妇(对照组),采用Tei指数结合胎儿超声心动图评价胎儿心功能.结果 观察组左、右心室Tei指数均明显大于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组左、右心室Tei指数大小随病情严重程度增加而逐渐增大(P＜0.05).左、右心室Tei指数与孕龄和胎儿心率均不相关(P＞0.05).与孕妇血压呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论 Tei指数可较准确评估妊娠期高血压孕妇胎儿左、右心室的整体心功能,观察组Tei指数高于健康孕妇胎儿Tei指数,与病情严重程度相关,而与孕龄和胎儿心率无关,有较好的临床应用价值.
