腘窝囊肿破裂的超声诊断与鉴别

Abstract
目的 总结不同类型腘窝囊肿破裂的声像图特点,探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对腘窝囊肿破裂诊断以及鉴别诊断的价值.方法 对15例由超声诊断,并通过穿刺或MRI确诊病例的超声影像特征进行回顾性分析总结.结果 15例腘窝囊肿破裂中,8例为向上破裂,积液均聚集在半膜肌深方软组织间隙内;7例为向下破裂,其中5例积液聚集在腓肠肌与比目鱼肌之间,2例积液聚集在腓肠肌与皮下脂肪层之间.结论 高频彩色多普勒超声能够明确诊断腘窝囊肿破裂,具有很高的诊断及鉴别诊断价值.腘窝囊肿向上破裂具有一定隐蔽性,需要提高警惕.
