股骨髁软骨损伤的超声和组织学检查研究

Abstract
目的 评价超声在股骨髁关节面软骨损伤的诊断价值.方法 根据国际软骨修复协会软骨损伤的分级标准,对20例膝关节置换术中截骨残片的关节面软骨行超声检查与组织学检查对比研究.结果 60个含有关节面软骨的股骨髁残片超声检查显示软骨损伤0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级分别为2、3、12、27、16个;组织学检查显示软骨损伤o、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级分别为0、5、13、26、16个.对比统计分析显示结果显著相关(相关系数0.988,P＜0.05).结论 超声能准确显示股骨髁关节面ICRSⅡ～Ⅳ软骨损伤的程度和范围.
