Abstract
目的 探讨附件肿块超声造影的误诊原因.方法 与病理诊断结果对照,对91例附件肿块超声造影中误诊的15例进行回顾性分析.结果 病变定性错误5例,均为良性病变误诊为恶性肿瘤；病变定位错误10例.结论 部分附件良恶性肿块的二维超声造影表现相似,以及不能确切反映病变供养血管来源是造成误诊的主要原因.
