Abstract
目的:探索高频超声诊断创伤性臂丛损伤的临床价值.方法:对148名外伤后临床诊断臂丛损伤的患者进行高频超声检查, 确定神经的损伤部位和类型, 并与术中探查结果进行比较.结果:高频超声诊断臂丛损伤类型的准确率为81.1％, 损伤定位的准确率为93.9％, 损伤类型和定位均正确的准确率为79.1％.结论:高频超声诊断创伤性臂丛损伤具有较高的准确率, 对损伤平面和类型也有较好的判断.
