Abstract
目的:探讨3.0T磁共振断层血管成像(MRTA)各种扫描方法在脑神经血管压迫综合征中的应用,并分析各种方法的优缺点. 方法:对50例临床诊断为面肌痉挛的患者,进行t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2、3D-TOF FLASH三种序列扫描后,计算各组图像信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),并分析比较其图像质量.结果:t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2两种序列图像的SNR与CNR均高于3D-TOF FLASH序列(P均< 0.05),t1-vibe-fs序列图像的SNR高于t2-space-p2序列(P<0.05),CNR低于t2-space-p2序列(P<0.05).t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2两种序列的图像质量评分均高于3D-TOF FLASH序列(P均< 0.05),t2-space-p2序列的图像质量评分高于t1-vibe-fs序列(P<0.05).结论:MRTA技术能清楚显示颅神经及责任血管,t1-vibe-fs结合t2-space-p2对颅神经血管压迫综合征有重要价值.
