颌骨成釉细胞瘤与牙源性角化囊性瘤的CT鉴别诊断

Abstract
目的:分析颌骨成釉细胞瘤与牙源性角化囊性瘤的CT表现,提高对其诊断水平.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例成釉细胞瘤及21例牙源性角化囊性瘤的CT表现,观察病变的分布和形态特征.结果:成釉细胞瘤以多房型多见,颊舌侧的膨胀更明显,且多向唇颊侧膨胀,常见邻牙牙根截断状吸收.牙源性角化囊性瘤以单房分叶型多见,易沿下颌骨长轴生长,少有牙根吸收.结论:成釉细胞瘤与牙源性角化囊性瘤各自具有一定的CT特点,CT对于二者的鉴别诊断具有重要价值.
