Abstract
目的 系统评价肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的疗效与安全性.方法 检索PubMed、OVID、Cochrane数据库,中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)等,纳入关于肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的随机对照研究,采用Review Manager 5.1软件进行Meta分析,比较肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸与其他方法治疗寻常疣的疗效与安全性.结果 最终纳入7个随机对照研究,共719例患者.单独或联合肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的有效率高于其他方法,差异有统计学意义(相对危险度=1.39,95%可信区间1.07~1.80,P<0.05).结论 结论 肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸可有效治疗寻常疣,患者耐受性好.
