尺骨鹰嘴骨折手术疗效分析

Abstract
目的 分析克氏针张力带及解剖钢板两种手术方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效.方法 对不同类型的尺骨鹰嘴骨折采用不同的治疗方法.结果 对21例患者进行4 ～ 16个月随访,平均随访时间10.8个月.按照Mayo肘关节功能评定标准:优15例,良4例,可1例,差1例;优良率90.4％.全部切口Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生.结论 尺骨鹰嘴骨折以手术治疗为首选,对Mayo Ⅰ、Ⅱ型采用克氏针张力带,对MayoⅢ型采用尺骨鹰嘴解剖钢板固定,临床效果满意.
