Abstract

多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是浆细胞缓慢增殖的恶性单克隆B细胞疾病,好发于中老年人.近年来,其发病率呈上升趋势[1].由于MM恶性增生程度和浸润范围不一,合成分泌单克隆免疫球蛋白多寡及种类亦不同,其临床表现复杂多样.MM常见的临床表现与骨髓瘤相关组织、器官损伤有关,包括血钙增高、肾功能损害、贫血(Anemia)、骨质病变及免疫力下降导致的反复细菌感染、高黏滞血症等靶器官损害等[2].
