继发性椎管内髓系肉瘤MRI表现1例

Abstract
病例男,54岁,3月前因胸骨及双下肢骨痛,血常规提示白细胞明显升高,行骨髓细胞学检查示急性粒细胞白血病部分分化型(M2b),后于我院行联合化疗.2月前无明显诱因出现右下肢放射性疼痛,伴下肢麻木感.
MRI平扫示:L5～S1水平右侧椎管内硬膜外梭形T1WI(图1)、T2WI(图2～4)等信号肿块,肿块大小约1.4 cm×1.1 cm×3.6 cm,边界清楚.腰椎CT示:L5～S1水平椎管内右侧稍高密度肿块(图5).
