胆囊结石是一种世界范围的多发病、常见病.近年来,随着人口老龄化的发展及人们生活习惯的改变,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势.研究发现,结石成分不同的患者,其治疗及预防方案也不同.因此治疗前确切了解结石的化学类型具有非常重要的意义.影像学检查是目前鉴别体内胆囊结石成分的主要方法.本文将对不同影像学方法对胆囊结石成分的研究进展进行综述.
