Abstract
目的:探讨分子影像SPECT/CT对乳腺癌骨转移的临床应用价值.方法:回顾性分析多层螺旋CT与SPECT/CT融合显像对68个疑似乳腺癌骨转移病灶的检查结果,进行统计学检验.结果:经临床确诊乳腺癌骨转移的55个病灶中:MSCT诊断的敏感度为78.2％ (43/55),特异性为92.3％(12/13),准确性为80.9％ (55/68);SPECT/CT融合显像诊断敏感度为96.4％(53/55),特异性为76.9％(10/13),准确性为92.6％(63/68).2种检查方法的敏感度、准确性差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),特异性差异无统计意义.结论:SPECT/CT融合显像相对于MSCT检查,可提高对乳腺癌骨转移的诊断敏感性和准确性,具有较好的临床应用价值.
