Abstract
帕金森病(Parkinson's Disease,PD)足继阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer,AD)之后的第二大中枢神经系统退行性疾病,涉及运动及非运动症状.运动症状主要表现为缓慢进展的静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直及姿势步态异常;作运动症状包括认知功能障碍、精神痫样症状、自主功能障碍、嗅觉丧失、睡眠障碍等.认知功能障碍是PD最常见的非运动症状,在疾病早期,主要是注意力、执行功能、工作记忆、视空间功能受损;在疾病进展期,PD最终会发展成帕金森病痴呆(Parkinson's disease dementia,PDD),国外报道其发生率最高,达80％[1].
