Abstract
1临床资料 患者男,33岁,因面颈、躯干烧伤后瘢痕20年,胸部破溃1年于2019年6月29日就诊于我院.患者20年前因柴油烧伤后面颈、躯干形成挛缩性瘢痕,1年前胸部瘢痕处出现针尖大破溃,破溃逐渐增大,自行用盐水冲洗,外用"烫伤膏"(具体名称不详),疗效不明显.体格检查:一般情况良好,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,系统检查未见异常.
