Abstract
目的 探讨针刺干预原发性失眠患者的大脑激活模式.方法 对原发性失眠患者进行神门、百会、三阴交穴位针刺干预,进行任务态功能磁共振扫描,观察患者大脑对针刺干预的响应区域.结果 针刺干预3组患者的大脑响应区域存在差异,以小脑、额下回、顶下小叶、颞中回产生的激活效应最为明显.结论 针刺干预原发性失眠的大脑响应区域,均为激活与认知和情绪功能有关的脑区.
