Abstract
Lynch 综合征(LS)是一种常染色体显性遗传性癌症易感性疾病,DNA 的错配修复基因 MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2 可以纠正 DNA 复制过程中产生的错配,以保持基因组的稳定性.MMR 功能异 常 或 缺 失 导 致 表 型 突 变 和 微 卫 星 不 稳 定 性(MSI),从而促进癌症的发生[1].
