Abstract
胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一.胃癌的侵袭、转移是影响其预后的主要因素.Bmi-1基因(B cell-specific MLV integration site-1)属于多梳基因家族(polycomb of genes,PCG)成员,与C-myc协同作用引起细胞转化和肿瘤形成.Bmi-1在多种肿瘤中高表达,主要是通过调节细胞周期在肿瘤的发生发展中起作用[1].我们应用RT-PCR技术检测Bmi-1 mRNA在胃癌中的表达,并评估其与临床病理参数的相关性及其临床意义.
