Abstract
患者女,62岁,因“右上腹疼痛15天”入院.体检:上腹部压痛,可扪及数枚质韧包块,无反跳痛,未见肠形及蠕动波.实验室检查:CA125 71.39 U/ml.”F-FDG PET/CT:腹部及盆腔见多发结节状软组织肿块(图1A),边界清,较大者6.8 cm×6.0 cm×6.0 cm,位于空肠近段,FDG摄取增高,最大标准摄取值(maximum standard uptake,SUVmax)为10.3;左肾前肿块囊实性直径约4.7 cm,外周FDG摄取增高、中央摄取稀疏,SUVmax=3.1;双侧附件显示不清,盆腔右侧病灶局部与子宫分界不清(图1B),SUVmax=17.4;腹膜后间隙未见肿大淋巴结.
