Abstract
患者男,61岁,因"反复胸闷、胸痛伴大汗1年,加重10天"入院。既往高血压病史,规律服药,血压控制良好。入院查体:血压146mmHg/88mmHg,心率70次/分,心电图正常。彩色多普勒超声:左心室下壁、侧壁心肌收缩运动减弱;左心室射血分数50%。血生化检查未见异常。术前按冠心病2级预防治疗。冠状动脉造影提示左旋支开口重度狭窄,左主干及前降支未见明显钙化、痉挛、狭窄（图1A）。采用Szabo技术,对患者行
