Abstract
目的 探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融术治疗颈部淋巴结转移瘤的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析28例经病理检查证实颈部淋巴结转移瘤且接受CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融术的患者资料,观察术后并发症,并评估疗效.结果 4例术后2h出现轻微疼痛,余24例无明显并发症.术后3、6、12个月肿瘤局部控制有效率分别为92.86％ (26/28)、85.71％(24/28)、82.14％(23/28).结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融术是治疗颈部淋巴结转移瘤的有效手段.
