经直肠腔内超声在直肠癌术前分期中的应用

Abstract
[目的]评价经直肠腔内超声(TRUS)在直肠癌术前分期中的诊断价值.[方法]选择直肠癌患者407例,术前均行TRUS检查,观察肿块大小、形态、回声、据肛口距离、浸润深度及是否有肠旁淋巴结肿大等情况,并与术后病理结果对照.[结果]与病理诊断结果对照TRUS确诊率为83.8％(341/407)例,其中59.1％(39/66)过度分期,40.9％(27/66)分期不足.[结论]TRUS对直肠癌浸润深度诊断准确性较高,可为直肠癌术前分期及临床医生选择直肠癌治疗方式提供可靠的依据.
