Abstract
孤立性纤维瘤(solitary fibrous tumor,SFT)是一种少见的、可发生在全身各个部位的、间叶来源的梭形细胞肿瘤,其影像学表现有一定特征,确诊仍需要结合病理及免疫组化.既往文献多以某一器官或部位的孤立性纤维瘤进行报道,笔者综合分析全身孤立性纤维瘤的相关文献,针对临床表现、影像征象及病理免疫组化特征作一综述,以提高对该肿瘤的诊断水平,并阐述其最新的研究.
