Abstract
体素内不相干运动(intravoxel incoherent motion,IVIM)通过多b值扩散加权成像,可无创性地区分组织中的单纯水分子扩散(D)与灌注相关扩散(D*、f),进而对它们进行量化分析.IVIM双指数模型已获得了广泛的关注,并应用于全身多脏器及其相关疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断、疗效评估或预测、病变分期或分级、与其他成像方式相结合等方面的研究中.本文对IVIM双指数模型的扫描方式及其影响因素、b值选取、参数重复性及其意义、灌注参数的准确性等成像技术方面的研究现况和进展予以评述.
