Abstract
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是由非心源性肺水肿引发的急性弥漫性肺部炎症,其病理生理特征为肺容积减少,肺顺应性减低和通气/血流比值失常,临床特征是顽固性低氧血症和呼吸窘迫[1-2]等.ARDS的临床定义于1994年由美国-欧洲共识会议首次提出,于2012年被“柏林定义”[3]取代,“柏林定义”强调肺泡损伤为ARDS急性期的病理标志[4].
