MIPPO技术联合LCP钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨多段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效分析

Abstract
随着城市交通及城市建设的快速发展,高能量损伤致胫腓骨多段粉碎性骨折病例逐年增多,多见于儿童和青壮年.由于胫骨前侧覆盖的软组织较少,高能量损伤后,常引起暴力点处软组织严重损伤,或合并骨折外露、骨膜剥离、血管神经损伤等[1],治疗较为困难.本院2012-10-2014-10采用微创经皮接骨板内固定(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)技术联合锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)治疗胫腓骨多段粉碎性骨折25例,治疗效果良好,现报告如下.
