大网膜扭转13例诊治分析

Abstract
大网膜扭转是外科较为罕见的急腹症,可分为原发性大网膜扭转和继发性大网膜扭转两种,原发者无明显原因,其发病与大网膜形态异常(如分叉、过长等)及身体肥胖有关;而继发者多与腹腔炎症、粘连、疝和肿瘤有关[1-2].本病是部分或整个大网膜以自体为轴心发生扭转,出现远端网膜血运障碍所致.本病无特异性表现和诊断方法,临床误诊率高.我院自1988-03-2012-10共收治13例,全组经手术治愈,现总结如下.
