Abstract
先天性巨大痣细胞痣(congenital giant melanocytic nevus)简称巨痣(giant nevus),可生有浓密的毛发,又称兽皮样痣(animal skin nevi),是一种少见的皮肤先天性黑素细胞肿瘤.巨痣面积巨大,并随时间推移在身体其他部位发生卫星病灶,有一定比例的癌变率,给患者及家属带来巨大心理负担[1-3].2013年12月至2016年12月,笔者采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗先天性巨痣40例,疗效满意,现报道如下.
