5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic Therapy,ALA-PDT)是一种联合应用光敏剂ALA及相应光源,通过光动力反应破坏病变组织的全新治疗技术.具有安全性高、美容效果好等优点.其疗效与患者的年龄、皮损部位等有明显相关性.联合手术、物理及药物疗法在一定程度上可提高其疗效.
