Abstract
近年来,PET临床应用发展迅速,借助18F-FDG或多种类型在体放射性分子示踪剂,可无创地从功能及分子水平提供活体内肿瘤信息.影像组学是基于计算机学习的医学影像分析方法.微观分子水平上的基因或蛋白质变化可在宏观影像图片上有所体现.深度挖掘影像特征,可反映人体组织、细胞和基因水平变化,预测和评估肿瘤异质性.本文聚焦于影像组学流程和研究重点、难点及18F-FDG PET影像组学临床应用,对目前18F-FDG PET影像组学预测肿瘤分子分型相关进展进行综述.
