Abstract
患儿女,16岁,以"发现皮肤结节性红斑1年,左上肢乏力、无脉搏1个月"为主诉就诊。1年前无诱因出现复发性口腔溃疡、外阴部溃疡、双踝关节周围皮肤结节红斑伴红肿热痛,初步诊断为白塞病。查体:左上肢未触及脉搏,双踝周围可见陈旧皮疹。实验室检查:C反应蛋白16.2 mg/L、红细胞沉降率43.0mm/h、IgG 20.9g/L,抗体指标均未见异常。CDFI:左锁
