Abstract
乳腺癌是威胁全球女性健康的最常见恶性肿瘤之一,也是导致女性死亡的主要恶性肿瘤之一.在发展中国家,乳腺癌已超过宫颈癌成为女性首位的癌症死亡原因,降低发病率和减少死亡率一直是医学和科研工作者面临的难题.近年来,肿瘤的基因诊断和基因治疗成为研究热点.研究表明,miRNA作为一种调节子,在乳腺癌发生发展中发挥重要作用.本文就近5年来miRNA作为早期检测的生物标志物,在乳腺癌侵袭与转移、靶向治疗与耐药以及在三阴乳腺癌中的相关作用及研究进展作一综述.
