Abstract
目的 分析肿瘤患者化疗期间红细胞悬液输注的疗效,为临床化疗方案决策提供参考.方法 回顾性分析华西医院2012~2013年住院肿瘤患者化疗期间红细胞悬液输注情况.结果 未化疗组肿瘤患者输注红细胞悬液的有效率77.3%(58/75)略高于化疗组75.8%(141/186),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经含铂方案化疗的肿瘤患者输注红细胞悬液有效率27.8%(22/79)明显低于非含铂方案化疗组41.1%(44/107),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 化疗会降低红细胞悬液输注疗效,含铂化疗药物对骨髓有抑制反应,大大降低肿瘤患者红细胞悬液的输注疗效.
