临床资料
患者男,54岁.自2003年以来因多发性骨髓瘤伴重度贫血多次住院输血治疗.输血前后均做HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP、HCV-cAg (2011年增加检测项)检测,结果均为阴性.2012年10月9日输血前做上述5项时均为阴性,2012年10月24日输血后检测上述5项时HCV-cAg首次出现阳性(ELISA法,试剂由湖南康润药业有限公司生产,批号20120301,有效期20130328,OD值:2.281,S/CO:15.084),其余项为阴性.
