献血者K抗原血清学筛选结果分析

Abstract
目的 对献血者进行K抗原血清学筛查,并分析结果.方法采用96孔板法对3784例献血者进行K抗原检测,抗-K 阳性者采用试管法进行确认.结果3784名献血者中共筛选出K 抗原阳性3例,均为汉族,96孔板法凝集均阳性,试管法结果均为2+.结论北京地区献血者人群中有K 抗原存在,不排除给患者输注后产生抗-K的可能.
