Abstract
目的 了解江苏地区汉族人群血小板上CD36抗原表达的差异.方法 应用流式细胞技术检测江苏地区140位汉族献血者血小板上CD36抗原的表达,并分析其表达量.结果 本组江苏汉族献血者中,血小板上CD36抗原表达缺失型占比2.86％(4/140);非缺失型占比97.14％(136/140),其中低表达29例、中表达93例,高表达14例,三者的平均荧光强度(MFI)分别为1 821.4±21.8 vs 3 920.4±10.0 vs 8 787.4±63.7(P ＜0.05).在CD36抗原表达的非缺失型中,男性127例、女性9例,其血小板上CD36抗原的MFI分别为3 678.36±13.5 vs5 296.0±314.4.结论 江苏地区汉族人群血小板CD36抗原表达具有多样性.
