Abstract
目的 分析在院患者住院期间产生的抗体特性.方法 通过进行红细胞抗体筛选、鉴定,检测不同时间段抗体变化,高速毛细管离心法分离患者红细胞测定Rh表型等多种方法对抗体特性进行多方面的探究.结果 抗体产生初期检出同种抗-C和非特异性自身抗体,然后自身抗体成熟为有特异性的抗-e.在住院时间段内抗-C效价均较低(＜4).结论 抗体的鉴定尽可能在方法学上从各个方面进行综合分析,以便找到真正相合的血液.
