恶性肿瘤输血研究新进展

Abstract
几十年来,输血对恶性肿瘤生存与复发负面影响的临床回顾性研究报道是有争论的.但最近输血与肿瘤复发的动物模型、导致肿瘤复发和转移的血液基因蛋白质分子提供了可信证据.本综述归纳最近几年的相关研究报道,总结某些血型抗原与某些恶性肿瘤易感性关系,分析输血对恶性肿瘤特异性影响和临床结局的相关性,讨论恶性肿瘤输血风险及并发症、输血适宜性及输血策略,提出恶性肿瘤输血应该从自由性输血转变为限制性输血的建议.
