Abstract
cisAB血型为临床极为少见的ABO血型,cisAB表现型在血清学上不同于反式AB,临床上常表现为正反定型不符及配血不合,易导致血型错判,在输血时易引起溶血性输血反应.我们检测一献血者标本时初检正定型为AB型,反定型为A型,在进行血清学检测和家系调查的基础上采用聚合酶链反应基因分型,使这一疑难定型问题得以解决.
