孕妇血浆中胎儿游离DNA在胎儿ABO血型鉴定中的应用

Abstract
目的 探索1种新的胎儿ABO血型的检测方法,为预防ABO血型系统新生儿溶血病提供可靠依据.方法 收集医院2009年1～12月送检的O型孕妇34名,提取孕妇外周血血浆中胎儿游离DNA,利用聚合酶链反应——限制性片段长度多态性分型(PCR-RFLP)检测胎儿ABO血型.结果 在34例标本中,32例实验成功,且与胎儿出生后的ABO血型一致,其中A型11例、B型15例、O型6例,2份标本扩增失败.结论 利用孕妇外周血中胎儿游离DNA来检测胎儿ABO血型的方法,准确性高,安全性好,值得临床推广.
