Abstract
总结41例髓内钉InterTan治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的围手术期护理.护理重点为术前做好心理护理、合并疾病护理,加强抗骨质疏松治疗的护理,重视肺功能训练;术后监测生命体征,加强患肢护理,做好并发症监测,重视功能锻炼和出院指导.经治疗和护理,41例患者均痊愈出院.
