放线菌是厌氧或耐氧 ,抗酸染色阴性 ,革兰染色阳性的一类细菌 ,通常会与其他细菌一起造成感染部位的混合感染 ,很少单独引起感染.多数情况下为寄生在人口腔、生殖道的正常菌群之中.笔者实验室在临床血培养标本中分离到1 株龋齿放线菌 ,现报道如下.
