2012年,国家教育部学科目录的调整为医学检验技术专业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,学院以社会需求为导向,经过几年的实践和探索,逐渐总结出"2+2+2"的人才培养模式,即"坚持两个面向,落实两个目标,突出两种能力"的四年制医学检验技术专业人才培养模式.
