乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)可通过母体传给胎儿,这种传播方式多发生于无症状乙型肝炎携带者妊娠期间.据推测,可能因密切接触母体血液、羊水、乳汁、分泌物等,HBeAg阳性母体传染性更高.已有文献报道,母乳喂养可能会使乙型肝炎传播的危险件升高.
