目的 分析剖宫产指征的变化,探讨剖宫产率升高的原因.方法 回顾性分析我院2002年1月至2006年1月2170例剖宫产手术指征情况.结果 社会心理因素、"过度诊断",放宽剖宫产指征是剖宫产率升高的主要原因.结论 严格掌握剖宫产指征,减少社会因素导致的剖宫产,可降低剖宫产率.
